CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOW POLICY • If you're an existing client/ brand new client and no-show your appointment, you will be required to pay for the missed appointment in FULL before being allowed to book again. You will also be required to leave a deposit for all future appointments. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your appointment the day of, you will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service total and will be required to leave a deposit for future appointments. TARDINESS • Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in a late fee being added to your service. Please just be considerate about my time and my other clients. It's not fair to me or my client after you to have to wait because you were late. Thank you! 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY *I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please be courteous and let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. CONFIRMATION POLICY If you don't confirm within the 48 hour period, your appointment will be canceled. Please start to confirm your appointment by replying to the confirmation text. • A valid card on file is required to book an appointment and will only be used to process applicable no show or same day cancellation fees.
